Once payment is complete and we have your full brief, accessible footage and your final soundtrack. If a link is locked, files are missing or the soundtrack has not been supplied, we'll need those sorted before the clock starts.

After payment, upload your original video clips, final soundtrack and logos in our portal, or send a download link that gives us full access. Include agent details in your brief. Keep the link available until the edit is delivered. You supply the footage; we take care of the edit.

We'll email you a private link to your video package at transfer.realestatevideoguy.com. Open it to download your finished edit and any additional format you've ordered. No extra signup needed. Your delivery link is available for 30 days.

Your base package can be landscape (16:9) or vertical (9:16), in 1080p or 4K at no extra charge. For an extra US$20, get the same edit in the other format. We use the same footage and selected package length, with minor framing and timing tweaks where needed. A different property or new footage needs a separate order.

Yes. Add on-camera agent footage to any package for US$10 per order. Supply the recorded introduction, walkthrough or sign-off you want included. This also unlocks the agent-led sequence. Silver and Gold include an address and agent end card; on-camera footage is a separate add-on for every package.

Absolutely. Choose a sequence template in your brief and check the shots you've filmed. The preview shows the flow using those shots. Use the notes for exact instructions, or choose Editor's choice and leave it with us.

For US$5 extra per order, select whip pans, push-pulls, speed ramps or any combination of the three. Leave transition comments to tell us where you’d like them used. The price is the same whether you select one effect or all three. We’ll apply them where the supplied footage and your editing style allow.

You do. After payment, upload your chosen audio file or share a direct download link in the portal. Supply a track you have permission to use. Select it carefully: once submitted as final, changing the music requires a new paid order at the full original order price, including any selected add-ons. Music changes are not covered by the free revisions.

Every package includes two free revision rounds for adjustments to the original brief. Send one consolidated list of changes per round. Changing the music requires a full recharge at the original order price. New footage, a different property or a new creative direction will need a separate quote.

We save your name, email and project brief to manage your edit. Portal uploads and finished files are stored privately; shared links stay with your chosen provider. Never include passwords or private access credentials in your brief.
